| Mmm salad salad | 
Ingredients:
- 1 cup cooked shredded chicken (poach, boil, bake or use a rotisserie)
 - 1/4 cup mayonnaise (light is great)
 - 2 tablespoons dill relish
 - 1 stalk of celery, washed & diced
 - Salt + pepper
 - Salad dressing of your choice
 - Salad greens
 - 1 tablespoon dried cranberries
 - 1 tablespoon sliced toasted almonds
 
To make:
- In a bowl combine the chicken, mayo, relish & celery. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
 - Put your greens in a salad bowl and dress lightly.
 - Top with the chicken salad, cranberries, & almonds.
