Smells Like Home

Growing up we never had candles around. My mom just wasn't a candle person I guess! But now that I'm an adult with my own apartment I like having nice-smelling candles in my home. My favorite candle right now is by Joya and I got it a while back in the clearance room at Anthropologie. The smell is called Caprice de la Mode and I can't even describe it but it smells amazing! (Anthro always smells awesome!) I tend to like soy candles best but they are also more expensive. It seems sort of silly to spend too much money on candles but they do add something special to a place. What do you think? How much do you spend on candles and which is your favorite?
