| Caprese salad on a stick! | 
Ingredients:
- 1 lb small fresh mozzarella balls
 - 1 container of cherry tomatoes, washed
 - 1 bunch fresh basil, washed
 - 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
 - 1 tablespoon good balsamic vinegar
 - Salt & pepper
 
To make:
- Alternate piercing a cherry tomato, a folded basil leaf, and a mozzarella ball on skewers and place completed skewers on a plate.
 - In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil & vinegar. Drizzle the dressing over the skewers, add salt & pepper to taste and serve.
 
Love these! I've done the standard caprese lately, but I'm diggin ur skewered. These look GREAT!
