|Start your day off smoothie (ha)|
- 1/2 cup low fat Greek yogurt
- 1 banana (overripe is fine)
- 1/2 cup frozen berries
- 1/4 cup of fruit juice (whatever's in the fridge)
- 5 or 6 ice cubes
- Combine all ingredients in the blender and puree until smooth. If the mixture is too thick add a little more juice. Pour into a cup and enjoy.
